Sorry for cross-posting but given the original email has been sent on controller-dev i found correct to include both controller-dev as well discuss (which is where this discussions should be happening). Thanks for forwarding the invitation, i just wonder if is it possible to get international phone number access. There are a number of international attendees so having the possibility to call from a local country phone number would be appreciated i think. Thanks, Giovanni

Hello Giovanni: I am working on getting toll free access. The cost is too expensive for the number of people we are currently hosting on the calls and the growth we are expecting on the current service. I'm searching for alternative providers currently and hope to have this issue resolved soon.
Phil.

I believe that Webex Event Center offers two way VoIP as well as an audio broadcast mode so it should be possible
for folks to participate without 'dialing in'…

For event center the two way VoIP and audio dial-in do not go to the same place. If there are some people on the phone and others on VoIP, they cannot interact with one another. This seems to be a limitation of Event Center that is not a problem with WebEx Meetings. Webex Meetings supports "hybrid" conferencing allowing both the VoIP and audo-teleconference participants to interact. I've been on the phone with Webex support several times to uncover these differences. In the end,I think I'm going to get a Premium 100 Webex meetings account so that simultaneous VoIP and audio teleconference is supported. We will be limited to the first 100 participants, but that's a limitation we are going to have to live with. We'll have to get creative if we overflow that number. Phil.
