as a community we generally frown on private emails where general concerns are involved. I suggest you engage with (at least) discuss@... and/or dev@....
In relation with Log4Shell set of vulnerabilities, I have sent a few emails as to how the situation is going to be handled by the security team and the wider community (e.g. what I am going to do).
I suggest reviewing these mailing lists and engaging either the community (on said mailing lists) or your commercial support provider to get the answers you seek.
