Hello TSC Members,

I am stepping down as a OpenFlow plugin project PTL because it's been a while i was not able to spend any significant bandwidth on the project and my new responsibilities probably won't help here as well.

OpenFlowplugin committers elected new PTL - D Arunprakash (Arun) with 6 (+1) votes and 1 (no-vote). Voting details are below in the mail thread.

Arun has done excellent contributions to the project and being actively participating in the project from last 3 years. He has deep understanding of the project functionality and codebase to take the project to the next milestone.
