TSC Vote on Build 366 as Sodium SR1 (continued from the IRC vote during meeting)

Hi folks,

Please vote on whether the TSC approves the following build to be the Sodium SR1:


Valid options: -1, 0 and +1

The vote was already conducted during the TSC meeting and the following folks had voted:
