Alright, we have a rather poor convergence and no supercommitter has
stepped up to take out of this pickle (collectively: "BOOOO
SUPERCOMITTERS, BOOOO!!!" :) ).

We are now at day 6 of our merge jobs failing, once we hit 21 all hell
breaks loose. Also our users have noticed.

So, these projects are okay:
infrautils, controller, aaa, netconf, bgpcep, dlux, archetypes,
lispflowmapping

All committers, all PTLs:
If your project is not listed above, look at patches outstanding on your
project.
- if you have a odlparent version bump patch which only fails
distribution-check -- please merge at your earliest convenience
- if it is failing something else, make sure your upstream was fixed
- if it still failing, raise it here

Abhijit: this needs to be decided, can you put it on the next TSC's
