In that case, why don’t you make sure that there’s a link from the Confluence project wiki to the wiki-archive project page? Just add any new content to Confluence project wiki. We just need a way for people to find information that’s already present on wiki-archive and is still valid - whatever works for the projects but provides info to anyone searching for project info. 

Please note that this suggested workaround  is for all the projects if they don’t have the bandwidth to do the migration.

Err, in preparation for terminating wiki-archive, or what?

There is just no way that content can be migrated/updated for
controller/mdsal/bgpcep without everyone in the community dropping what
they are doing for the next two weeks and do *only* that.
