OpenDaylight Aluminum version bump is complete while the staging repository is being promoted. Note: 'stable/aluminum' branch is unlocked and ready for development.
Pending activities for the Aluminum release: 1. Release self-managed projects for Aluminum. 2. Release Distribution. 3. Release notes to be submitted by projects. 4. Update ODL downloads.
