Hi All,

As per the discussion in the TSC meeting[0] on 01-Oct-2020, we are expressing our intent to move the NETVIRTproject to be "self-managed" for the Silicon release cycle and upcoming release cycle as well.

Requesting the community to respond in 2 weeks if anybody would like to continue keeping this project in managed mode and would request to take up the current responsibilities including PTL of this project if need to be continued as a managed project.
