we intend to make Openflow Plugin project to be “self managed” from
Silicon release onwards.

  

   If anyone in the community would like to take up the PTL role and
maintain the project as “Managed project”, please respond within next 2

I am not sure I can take on this, but for the sake of getting some
diversity, I would be interested in becoming a committer. I think I do
have the contribution history and at least very basic knowledge of the
structure.
