I took care of merging the pending changes and of staging TPCE.

Bala just managed to merge the release (2.4.0).

 

I think everything is fine.

We can not perform the latest actions required such as merging odlparent and mdsal version bumps

until the branch is unlocked or that someone merges the relation chain pushed by Christophe.
