The test results of odltools-csit-1node-upstream-all-phosphorus are probably not meaningful since the project appears dead as Robert mentioned.
But the reason why the test suddenly started to fail is because an older version of odltools is getting installed - #307 (last success) has 0.1.34 (latest odltools version) but #308 or later has 0.1.28

Anil, can you take a look why an older version of odltools are used for the tests?

Right, that's because I finished updating stable/phosphorus a couple of
minutes ago :)

AR #360 and CSIT #315 should have these integrated.

As for odltools -- it started failing on its own on Feb 11 and I think
that project is dead as dodo (last real commit on May 15th, 2020).
