OK, here is Chlorine distribution release:

If TPCE becomes MRI or MSI project in the next SR, we can ditch the SM distribution and instead use the AR distribution as ODL artifact. Going forward, I think the ODL TSC has to give a good thought on the ODL distribution: maintaining a single integration distribution where all projects versions need to converge is the main challenge IMO. Long time back, when all the projects were MSI, the version convergence was automatically addressed by bumping version, branching and releasing at the same time with AR. Of course there was some maintenance work around this process, but it was centralized and done by LF so projects did not have to do much. MRI projects were introduced later and this gave the projects the flexibility to bump and release when they see fit, offloading this task from LF. However this did not come free, an MRI project today not only has to perform version bump, branch and release activities by itself, it also needs to make sure it builds the "right" (e.g. latest) upstream versions and release every time an upstream project releases, otherwise version convergence breaks for its downstream projects. Having project distributions vs single integration distribution should relax a bit the version convergence requirement but TSC and active committers will have to agree on this new form of delivering ODL BR/Luis
