@Robert sorry for the delay.
I am back from vacation today and
before creating the stable/chlorine branch, I needed the download pages update to be merged, what was not done when I left.
The reason behind is that the stable/chlorine branch is still locked today even for docs.
Creating the branch before merging the relatecd change would have ended up
with a chlorine branch w/o a download URL for the chlorine distribution...
Unfortunately this is still a manual process and I don't have supercommitters privilege to palliate.

it seems docs have not branched for stable/chlorine. Is this expected?
Asking while writing up Argon upgrade guide, which currently has nowhere
to land...
