canceling 11/27, 12/25, and 1/1 TSC meetings

My guess is that we will not be able to get enough attendance to have TSC meetings on these dates:
* 11/27: Thanksgiving in the US
* 12/25: Christmas
* 1/1: New Years

Along those lines, I'd like to preemptively cancel the TSC meeting on those days unless anyone objects.
