One thing: I'm sure that Dave, Benson, Chris and others will provide the necessary context around these changes, but I can imagine if you see these proposed changes without that context, one could jump to some incorrect conclusions. Do the TSC members who are also on the board feel comfortable representing _why_ the changes were made?
