Not only. My primary thought was "at least devops should participate
upstream", as that would be the core benefit of devops in my mind, but
certainly others should as well.

Yes - of course. As is in the case of most developer knowledge sessions, there is no preparation is expected even for the int/dist portion as well. For int/dist, it will be a Q & A and screen sharing

Even if there is no changes in TPCE between Sodium SR3 and SR4, if you do not produce a release for Sodium SR4, any downstream picking ODL Sodium SR4 (e.g. ONAP) will not be able to run
