Cool. So, basically, if we migrate to being an org instead of a user w.r.t. DockerHub, we can delegate permissions to some OpenDaylight community members, e.g., some/all of the integration project

I believe you are in spectrometer for commits, but not for reviews. I was noticing that for a lot of projects and I e-mailed Dave Tucker to figure out how/if we could fix it, but haven't had time to
