The TSC met for our first two-hour-long meeting as we attempt to cover a backlog of issues after the Helium release.

Key topics included:

* Noting that nearly all projects have branches and version ready for post-Helium development. Two leaf projects and integration remain.

* We agreed to require projects to elect project leads (as defined in the TSC charter) to participate in Lithium and future relases.

* We continued to work toward a Lithium release plan [0]. The TSC and community are encouraged to provide more feedback on the wiki [1] and mailing list [2]. Phil and I will provide a first draft for review next week.
