Hi all,

I think it is time to clean inactive projects from jenkins to save infra resources,

Here is the list of projects not active since oxygen and having jenkins jobs:

- alto
- bier
- dlux
- dluxapps
- groupbasedpolicy
- l2switch
- nemo
- of-config
- packetcable
- snmp
- usc

If anyone thinks we should keep the jobs for any of these projects, please speak now. Also if anyone knows of other projects that are long inactive, feel free to add to the list.
