Creation Review request for new project: Plastic

Greetings, TSC
I would like to schedule a review for Plastic to be included in Opendaylight. The project was notified to “project-proposals” a couple of weeks ago (Rober Varga responded on Sept 27th).
What should I do next?
I have gone through a source code preparation. I would like to get the source code under review, but someone told me that “Phil Robb” referenced on the Wiki, was no longer that contact.
Can anyone tell me who to coordinate this review with?

Sure. There is content embedded on the project page that I’ll cover (which I have mostly duplicated in a slides I gave at the DDF).
The wiki shows this link https://zoom.us/j/219174946 for THU at 9am PST (11am CST my time). I’ll assume that these are both good. I can plan for maybe a 15-20 min discussion?
