rolled out right now, mirroring the fixes delivered in mri-neon-sr3 code
drop. Version diff can be seen here:

The process will take a couple of hours to complete, ETA is tomorrow
morning CET.

All patches are merged up, it will take some 30 more minutes for dust to
settle around netvirt and int/dist, after which everything should be
back to normal.
