Hello Daniel,

infrautils is an MRI project now. As I noted in a separate email, it is
ready for integration  with release notes here:
https://jira.opendaylight.org/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=10129&version=11658

AAA/NETCONF are planned to transition to MRI as well, I will do a bug
scrub after I have yangtools/mdsal/controller ready to integrate --
probably early next week.
