MRI projects would like to declare the following versions for Silicon
integration window:

odlparent-8.0.0
yangtools-6.0.0
mdsal-7.0.0
controller-3.0.0
infrautils-1.9.0

All the versions have been properly tagged, released to Maven Central
and announced on the release@ mailing list.

The patches to current downstream projects have been started here:

Multipatch build ran here:

indicating that:
- serviceutils/aaa/netconf are ready
- daexim is failing UTs

As per the release plan, we will start merging these patches this
Friday, 2019-10-16.
