Alright, we are down to netvirt only -- i.e. it is the sole leaf project
holding up:
- successful int/dist (i.e. refreshed snapshot distro)
- distcheck for all projects (i.e. all patches are getting -1)
- autorelease build (i.e. CSIT candidate build)
- testing

I have not seen any activity on
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/netvirt/+/92971 or communication
regarding that patch from netvirt quarters, even though all current
committers have been on its review for 5 days and this thread did issue
a call to action.

I therefore propose we just drop netvirt from int/dist and autorelease.

Abhijit: can we have the TSC decision on that be made on tomorrow's call?
