Phil and I took an action item from the Board to look at a kind of "needs analysis" with respect to where ODP is understaffed with developers. I'd like to spend some time Thursday discussing where we might be able to use additional developers and/or other resources. Please give it a bit of thought and let's discuss it Thursday.
