During today's TSC call, there were some questions about license compatibility etc. The answer (in brief) is that the ODP is developing a FAQ that covers this topic. But in the meantime, I'd suggest that interested people should please read http://www.eclipse.org/legal/eplfaq.php#3RDPARTY. And of course if you have any questions that aren't answered by that link, please let me know and I'll try to point you in the right direction for an answer.
