Hi All,

  As discussed in the last TSC meeting ( https://wiki.opendaylight.org/x/ZxQF), we intend to make Openflow Plugin project to be “self managed” from Silicon release onwards.

   If anyone in the community would like to take up the PTL role and maintain the project as “Managed project”, please respond within next 2 weeks.

NOTE: All the pending reviews will be taken care.
