the recent query about YangIDE made me look through our lifecycle
collateral: https://wiki-archive.opendaylight.org/view/Archive_Proposals

It seems this (and perhaps other) projects have had their archival
review created, but the process was never completed:

https://wiki-archive.opendaylight.org/view/Archive_Proposals/YangIDE

i.e. the proposal is still pending and the repository has not been renamed.

Can we complete the process so as not to have confusing messaging?
