NETCONF project

Will there be a (is there) a netconf-dev list?

I had a question about this project and don't see anything on the proposal about how/where the device models will be made accessible.  Will there be a central repository of these (in the module itself?)?

I believe the Netconf work is being done in controller so it's probably best to address controller-dev
