Folks,

Please see the TSC agenda [0]. I have scheduled creation reviews for
the Open Dove [1] and OpenDefenseFlow [2] proposals. Please review and
come to the meeting ready with questions/comments/concerns (I'll note
here the issue of candidate release plans and their standardization
within ODP).

Since we haven't done a formal creation review yet I'm not sure how
much time we'll need to cover each of these but please come ready to
discuss.
