Eh, sorry, I have one critical patch to NETCONF, will merge it as soon
it verifies.

It is a blocking issue going as far as Sodium SR4, so we definitely want
it in SR1.

Eh, sorry, I have one critical patch to NETCONF, will merge it as soon
it verifies.

It is a blocking issue going as far as Sodium SR4, so we definitely want
it in SR1.
