Hello All,

OpenDaylight Aluminum version bump is complete while the staging repository is being promoted. Note: 'stable/aluminum' branch is unlocked and ready for development.

Pending activities for the Aluminum release:
1. Release self-managed projects for Aluminum.
2. Release Distribution.
3. Release notes to be submitted by projects.
4. Update ODL downloads.

I’ve just staged the release on Jenkins and everything seems OK (apart the python 2.7 deprecation warnings raised by the underlying script)
