Opendaylight 0.13.3 (Aluminium) PCEP Topology not updated when pushing new LSP-SR #bgpcep

Hi,

I'm currently testing Opendaylight 0.13.3 with some Cisco IOS XRv9000 (v7.3.1-0).

I can successfully establish a PCEP session between ODL and the router, and I can push new Segment Routing LSP's to the router from ODL, they are successfully installed in the router and coming UP.

However the PCEP topology in Opendaylight doesn't get updated once the new LSP is reported by the router (I can see in a wireshark trace that the router properly sends the PCRpt message to ODL).

In the ODL logs I can see that for some reasons ODL decides to remove the newly created LSP:

03-25T17:37:06,531 | DEBUG | epollEventLoopGroup-5-5 | AbstractTopologySessionListener  | 230 - org.opendaylight.bgpcep.pcep-topology-provider - 0.14.3 | Removing all paths
2021-03-25T17:37:06,532 | DEBUG | epollEventLoopGroup-5-5 | AbstractTopologySessionListener  | 230 - org.opendaylight.bgpcep.pcep-topology-provider - 0.14.3 | Setting new paths [] to lsp test225555
2021-03-25T17:37:06,532 | DEBUG | epollEventLoopGroup-5-5 | AbstractTopologySessionListener  | 230 - org.opendaylight.bgpcep.pcep-topology-provider - 0.14.3 | All paths were removed, removing LSP with PlspId{_value=7}.

But if I restart ODL then the topology is properly updated with the newly created LSP from the router.

I couldn't find anything related to this problem, any guidance on how to fix that is welcome.

Thanks,
Best regards,
Benjamin
