We rolled out openstack-cloud-plugin v2.36 to patch a CSRF vulnerability yesterday but it appears to have a bug that causes the plugin to either take a significant amount of time to spawn minions or seemingly not at all. We've rolled back the plugin and are just waiting for the current job that's been running for the paste 5.5 hrs to end before we restart the sandbox. This should get us back into a working configuration while we continue to investigate the security patch and work with upstream to resolve the issue caused by it. Regards, Thanh
