I made a public (I hope) Jira filter that shows a fairly human-readable view of the backlog. Feel free to add it to your "Favorite Filters" by clicking the star by the filter name.
I also went through and audited all the issues - closing old ones, marking duplicates, assigning to folks, unassigning folks, changing priorities. Things should be in decent shape now.
