Support for OpenStack Neutron is planned for the Hydrogen release.  As to the current status of pieces, Kyle Mestery (mestery on the IRC channel) is working on the OpenStack plugin (he can answer its status better than I can).  There is a set of bundles that implement the neutron service that are already part of the controller and they include a Whiteboard pattern set of contracts that other bundles can implement to be notified of write operations on Neutron objects.

The Neutron service supports the v2.0 objects and operations as well as the router extension with the exception of pagination on lists.  No other v2.0 extensions are supported at this point.

Hi, Dear All:

Here we have a research institution who is evaluating the feasibility of replacing Floodlight by ODL controller and they would like to know ODL status or timeline to support OpenFlow 1.3.1 as well as the status/schedule to support OpenStack Neutron ?

BTW, what's the deadline for our first official release and which kind of features it will include ?
