So something odd happens when the job is triggered by gerrit comment. Unfortunately gerrit triggers cannot be debugged in sandbox so if someone can merge this I can investigate further:

has the wrong version (should be 4.2.1) because the multipatch job has
not picked up the int/dist patch (again) -- making this a tooling issue.

int/dist will work just fine (just as it did in build #94).
