This failure is my fault, I added some staging rules for Maven Central support yesterday but looks like there are projects in autorelease that fail the requirements for Maven Central. I'll remove this rule from the autorelease profile but it will stay on for individual projects so that we can figure out which projects cannot release to Maven Central via their own project specific staging jobs (and hopefully resolve those issues).
