FYI, this is the list of failures I see:

1) Callhome test failing in Oxygen: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/netconf/job/netconf-csit-1node-callhome-only-oxygen

Requires this cherry-pick: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/78107

2) Cluster test failing in Neon: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/netconf/job/netconf-csit-3node-clustering-only-neon

The reason is netconf connection to the testtool takes very long (> 30 sec), I opened https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NETCONF-584

3) Perf/Scale test not stable in any branch:

For this last I will run the tests locally to better understand the problem and rise a ticket after.
