2nd try:

Can someone from the integration/test committer team please review the
patch mentioned below? It should fix some of the CSIT failures that
keep showing up with each Neon respin.

Thanks,

Hi,

Some of the lispflowmapping CSITs download YANG files from the
projects itself and from MD-SAL. Some of the files have been moved
around from release to release, so we needed conditional code in the
single-version test repository for dealing with the different
releases. I didn't realize until recently that our Neon CSITs were
failing because they were expecting the stable/neon branch from the
MD-SAL project to exist. For MD-SAL I now switched to the v3.0.6 tag,
which was the version used for the Neon release. There doesn't seem to
be a stable/3.0.x branch for mdsal, like there is for odlparent. Can
someone please review the fix I submitted so our CSITs return to
working order?
