Actually, the logs are there:

but the link is not there in jenkins like we expect.

I don't see any smoking gun in the console logs, but the global-jjb
version upgrade happened between when we last had logs and
when it stopped working. I'm sure that's it.

Here's a revert, if we want to try that:

but I suppose it could be some other change in jenkins (e.g., a plugin update)
