Hi JamO,

Did you try to log out/login on the service desk and still unable to view the ticket?

Looks like with the 400 error with heat stack is incorrect parameters are being passed for the heat stack.

While on the sandbox job this is set as an empty value.

It's really weird. the AAA job is fine in production jenkins, but in the
sandbox it fails to start. Yet, other CSIT jobs seem fine.

I can't seem to view that ticket, Can you check if that is shared with ODL?


I can't really view it either. I only get the subject line. Seems like something
is broken on the helpdesk server...
