This is preventing patches from being verified at the very least.

I updated with my analysis, looks like a configuration file the lf-infra-ship-logs macro is looking for has gone missing. It needs to be restored so that the publisher doesn't set the build to UNSTABLE.

Okay after looking at this more closely, my original analysis is incorrect. Looks like it's an SSL certificate issue with Vexxhost. The job-costs.sh script is running this curl command:

19:27:47 curl: (51) Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate.
