Hello All,

OpenDaylight Chlorine SR2 version bump is complete and the staging repository has been promoted. The 'stable/chlorine' branch has been unlocked and is ready for development.

Pending activities required to be completed for the release:
1. Self-managed projects to release artifacts for Chlorine SR2 (optional).
2. Release Distribution once the 1. is complete (optional).
3. Release notes - from Chlorine the release notes are taken from Jira.
4. Update the ODL downloads page.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the Chlorine SR2 release.
