The problem was triggered by a change to org/opendaylight/lispflowmapping/mappingservice.yangmodel/1.2.0-SNAPSHOT/mappingservice.yangmodel-1.2.0-SNAPSHOT.pom, which points to yangtools/binding-parent (went in yesterday in https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/14965/).

As it turns out, that artifact contained a conditional dependencyManagement section, which is not activated in the distribution-karaf case. Fixed with https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/15099.

Looks like this is probably due to some changes in yangtools.
