Hi ofplugin/controller devs,

Controller Base edition with -of13 option stopped to work this morning (4:56PM UTC):

I have downloaded latest edition built and when I start mininet I see:

mininet@odl-test-desktop:~/integration/vm/scripts\> ./start_mininet_of13.sh
*** Creating network
*** Adding controller
Unable to contact the remote controller at 127.0.0.1:6633

Can you please take a look?
