Credentials are managed in Jenkins global configuration which only LF staff has access to. Sounds like maybe the API key for the jenkins user on the sandbox system needs to be updated.

The infra issues are fixed now.
We had one more issue with the actual CSIT, since the yang cleanup patch got merged.
A change in odltools is needed for the same, that is being analyzed. [2]
