OpenDaylight Neon is released and will be available at the URL's
provided here [0]. Nexus is still copying files over but should appear
in the next few hours.

We are working on Version bumping of the stable/neon and will update
again once that completes.

Tagging and version Bumping of the OpenDaylight Neon release is complete.
Please resume development on the 'stable/neon' branch, the branch is now
unlocked.
