netvirt failing in magnesium, but not sodium or neon

Hi Netvirt team,

I was responding to some netvirt jira comments today and noticed something
I think you should look at sooner, rather than later.

this is the job I remember to be the most reliable and what we looked at
to know if we had any serious regressions:

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/netvirt-csit/job/netvirt-csit-1node-0cmb-1ctl-2cmp-openstack-queens-upstream-stateful-snat-conntrack-neon/

you can see it's pretty reliably passing 100%

but for magnesium:

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/netvirt-csit/job/netvirt-csit-1node-0cmb-1ctl-2cmp-openstack-queens-upstream-stateful-snat-conntrack-magnesium/

you can see that we have consistent failures happening. I did not dig in to
what/why/how,but just wanted to point it out. Better to get it handled early
so we don't catch it nearthe end of the release and have to delay.

Thanks,
JamO
