CSIT Stein job suites are failing with error:physnet1 unknown for VLAN provider network.

Hi Srinivas,

That looks like it could be it. Maybe something slightly different with
how stein is working. I think this is the line that would make that
setting:

Maybe create a job with some extra debugging around that step to try to
figure out what's not working.
